Household count via cross street reference?

Hey,

Anyone know of a site that can calculate population count by using street grids?

I have an area I am considering with a franchise and I am interested in knowing what the head count might be for the area they are offering.

This is just a small portion of a large metro area, so I cannot just pull up population count for a city or state, it has to be specific to certain streets.

Just type in the address and you can select up to 3 different radius and it will give you the population info.

I cannot tell the date of their info, but for my area, it is fairly close to the most recent census interrim info available. Anyone know for sure how fresh their data is? It is a spectacular resource, I must say!
