They have a collection service for any old checks that you might have (but not the guarantee service), but will guaratee payment on your checks that you get returned once you sign up with them. That means if you get a bad check for $30 or under they will pay you for the check regardless if they have collected from the customer or not.
We have been using them for about 6 years and it’s nice getting payment for checks that I know I would never get any money for (as long as they are under $30). They also have another program for their bad checks, but I don’t know much about it since we’ve liked the one we are with.
