How do you keep a lot of pizza warm offsite?

Hi All,

We were invited by a local gym to sell pizza during an upcoming event. We’re planning on bringing 30 pizzas to sell. Any ideas on how to keep them warm for an hour or so? I’ve only been in business for 6 months so I don’t have a pizza van or anything.

Is there a moderately priced piece of equipment that can help?

Thank you in advance for any ideas. Thanks!

Dan

For an hour or so (see the other thread, too) I think your best bet are insulated 10 pie carriers.
See the other thread for some nuances regarding on-site power, etc.
But for that time frame, I think you’ll be ok, depending on what “an hour or SO” means.
Starting with 15 pies and getting another 15 mid-way would be optimal.

we have these and they work great I have loaded pizzas in them and drove 2 hours to family and the pies are still Warm

also they make a good customer svc tool when schools and churchs order big and we loan them out
