I was just wondering how many previous orders are stored with each of the different POS software that is available. It looks like the one i am looking at only stores the last order the customer made…wondered if this is standard across the board or just with this software.
Definitely not the standard. Most point of sales I have seen and or had experience store previous order history for years. Sounds like it may offer the last order for easy loading, but I would assume there would be a way to pull up even further orders. If not, I personally would be disappointed as I often use previous customer orders to understand trends.
Thanks I figured maybe I should call them after your post, they display the last order and then store all of the previous orders in database for managers eyes! Thanks for your replay!
