How much butter would you put in a 50lb dough?
none…use olive oil blend - 4-8 Cups
we use oil… we just wondering if you were to use butter how much would you put?.. and if theres anyone using butter in the dough how much are you using
We use one pound butter in 50lb dough.
Our deep dish uses 2 pounds in a 25lb batch. I know we’re a bit off the norm there, but I really get the crust I’m looking for with that ratio.
