How much cheese?

I am curios of how much cheese you are putting of your pizzas. Our pizza sizes are 8", 12" 14". What are you using for you portion controls on cheese.

we use freshly grated mozz/prov, was wondering what everyone else uses. as of current we have no portion control in place.

Please, do know that I was not putting you off, and we’ll answer more questions. I just figured you’d get way more info quicker that way given that we are heading into the weekend, and a “mom doesn’t have to cook” holiday at that.
