how to handle future orders

I understand this issue all to well…although we love deferred orders they cause problems for us on Friday nights when customers are less understanding when they order hours in advance. Since we have up to 2hr waits, we have started to update our POS settings at 4:00 to not allow any deferred orders for the rest of the night and this has helped.
