Hello. I need help with my oven. I have too much bottom heat.
I have dampers set correctly all open so heat is directed to the top of the chamber.
I put a cover on the front opening to keep heat in chamber.
Bottoms are cooking too fast.
This oven in on top of another closed desk.
CAN ANYBODY HELP ME REDUCE THIS BOTTOM HEAT?
I believe the issue is the exhaust. I have the exhaust flowing into my hood. It’s not pulling out heat it just flows out.
Everything is burning on the bottom and I cook my pizzas on pans. If I put them directly on the stones they would burn in minutes.
