…great meat supplier. We’re using cappicola & linguisia, and maybe some speck and other meats and sausages in our pizza and subs. Can anyone recommend a supplier in the east-central Illinois area? I’ve got a call into Boar’s Head but am looking for a few others of the higher quality deli-meat providers I can tap in to.
There used to be a company in your area, I believe they were called (Fiesta Sausage, or Fiesta Meats). I don’t know if they are still around or not. I think Monicals Pizza used to buy some of their products from them. Something to look into.
