Reduce minimum volume requirement - Machineable Mail

Applicable to Postal Code Targeting, Personalized Mail and Publications Mail
On July 31, 2015, we completed the containerization project to convert addressed mail from Lettertainers to Letterflatainers (LFTs). As a result of the smaller container size we will be reducing the minimum volume requirement per deposit from 500 items to 400 items.

Phantom pricing, when mailing less than 400 items, will continue to apply.

Not sure how many folks in Canada use personalized mail (addressed admail) but if you do this reduces the minimum to 400 pieces if you are doing a data base mailing…Without a contract the price will be 0.48 each up to 50 grams…If you do not have enough names, you pay for 400 anyway…Return to sender is 0.01 more but really worth it if you want to clean up your database…

You can mail a menu as a “self mailer” by folding an 11 x 17 or 8-1/2 x 17 sheet in 1/3s or 1/4s and sealing it with a single clip…Ship or deliver your mailing to a regional postal plant (big cities) and away it goes…

I am not an expert on personalized mail but will try to help if I can…
