Is there any formula for success when it comes to demographics?
I have a location and it looks great! would like to run it by you guys…
tried mellissa data but not sure what to look for!
look for house counts in a 3-8 mile radius…
check for income avg…
see if you can get the # of cars that pass by that location
use google maps to map out your competition
I think using a 3 mile radius works best and I like to have a minumum of 15k residences in that area.
