anybody have experience serving sparkling Italian sodas ?
We have a story coming up in our next issue about Italian ices which are so versatile they can be served in numerous combinations. Torani was the syrup mentioned in the story. The restaurant we profiled was Brianna’s in Collinswood, New Jersey.
tried 'em. wasn’t really worth the expense, although a few people really did like 'em, although a good root beer/cream soda/orange soda (or pop, if you wish) is much more popular with kids we get.
