Our labor costs are running between 20 - 25 % on any given week. Of course summer months are slower and we adjust accordingly… but we alwys seem to hit the same range week after week. What labor % are some of you running?
31% including matching taxes, not including workers comp
30% but I don’t work any shifts in the store. If I dropped having a GM and did that work myself, labor not including me would be 22.5%.
