Layout for gas oven & fryers under canopy

Hi all,

Can anyone help with some layout suggestions? I plan on a 32" gas conveyor but I also need a 600mm fryer under the hood as well. I don’t really want to go for a T Shaped extraction as it runs very very expensive, I much prefer a wall mounted straight canopy, i just can’t work out best layout for us.

Our shop is plenty big enough, it’s almost 110sqm, hoping to get some good suggestions from experts.
