?_Lehmann: cookies through conveyor oven

Is it possible to come up with a recipe to cook chocolate chip cookies through a Lincoln or Middleby conveyor oven at the same time and temp as I cook my pizzas at. I currently use a Lincoln X-2 set at 495 degrees and a 6:15 bake time. I tried store bought cookie dough cooked on half sheet pans and they burned very bad. Any suggestions for recipes or cooking procedures would be appreciated. We use a 140qt Hobart mixer so batch size would have to be a concern. I would also like to cook either on foil or Little Ceasers pizza pans which i have access to a large quantity.
