I am having probs with my meat balls they are to dry and one customer has commented on this any sugestions /tips at the moment the ingredients are mince beef,coriander, red onion diced.garlic, pepper and atouch of olive oil,baked uncovered for 12/15 min at 220 , any help would be great Danny

I noticed that there was no bread crumbs in your recipe or liquid. If you want to create meatballs that are moist, add breadcrumbs that have been seasoned and moistened with milk or water, or both. Some beaten egg added to the liquid makes the meatballs even more moist.
