I have been approached by a local grocery store to sell our take-n-bake pizza in their store! Just wondering if i need to have any other permits etc to do so? USDA?? Also they wanted to know if we could make a frozen pizza for them as well, they really like our pizza!!! Also is this a very profitable side of the business??

What will their selling price be compared to you price. If they are a local market will their sales take away from your sales? Will you make more pizza but less money?
In an accounting class I once took the lesson of the day was if the project does not take away from your regular business and you make at least $1 do it. If it impacts your regular business take a close look re: cost vs benefit.
