Lincoln 1117 Conveyor Issues

I have a Lincoln 1117 conveyor oven. I recently had to put a new motor control board & new motor in. The conveyor now runs, but at a very high speed. The potentiometer does nothing to control the speed. Could I have some wire hookups in the wrong place? Or a bad potentiometer?

It could be ether of those problems.Hard to determine without being there.

I’d suggest posting a picture of your wiring. Someone on here probably could tell you if it’s wrong.
