I have a Lincoln 1450 oven, and will be using perferated pans. (not discs) What finger configuration is everyone using that has this oven. All responses will be greatly appreciated.

I would definitely get in touch with Lincoln on that.
I hear they are very helpful when it come to matching up finger configurations, and they will have the ones you will need.

There many configurations of columnating panels or as they are often called fingers.
My best guess for what you want to bake would be 4 #1508 high velocity fingers on the bottom and One #1511 moderate velocity at the top inbound end and the same at the discharge end.
Play with time and temperature and see if that does the job you want.
