Looking for a new salad

I’m looking to add a new salad to our menu and would like it to be some type of Oriental/Asian. Maybe a little spicy ginger sesame dressing, almonds.

Any thoughts. Not too exotic but still a change of pace.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Asian salad

Romaine lettuce
Mandarin oranges
Baby corn
Chow mein noodles
Grilled chicken

We use a sesame ginger dressing made my Conway. It’s delicious. Get it from Sysco. It is very easy to store these items and they have a decent shelf life. With the exception of grilled chicken.

Other things you can use that go with the Asian theme-
Shredded red cabbage
Shredded carrots
Bean sprouts
Edamame
Sugar snap peas

@Pakula’s thanks. Just what I was looking for.

Our top selling salad is one we’ve called the “Mandarin Pecan Chicken”…

3oz bleu cheese crumbles
dried cranberries (Craisun)
candied pecans
mandarin orange segments
grilled chicken breast, or more popular, fried chicken tenders

We see it mostly with a Balsamic Vinaigrette we make, but folks use our honey lime, honey mustard or raspberry vinaigrette also.
