Those of us that sell food at events will be hit hard. All of my early season shows are cancelled and I’m not optimistic that things will change through the summer. Has anyone noticed a change at brick and mortar shops?
My sales are up. 30% pickup 70% delivery, as usual.
I bet there’s a way to grab some of the pickup and delivery biz? Not sure how yet. But all the existing pizza outlets could be jammed soon. And a higher consumer price could support some creative solutions.
We have a mobile operation as part of our business. All of our early events have been cancelled as well. Try looking at setting up at Hospitals, Jails, Medical Facilities, and Large Businesses. This is where we are most successful.
You will need to have product ready. Maybe install a warmer/proofer cabinet.
