Have you made any calculations as to whether or not adding delivery added profit or just added cash flow…Sometimes a tweak like this can have a negative effect on profits because you do not fully account for all the extra costs in offering such a service…Good luck…
Yes I have. At first we were just a take out but the problem there is that on cold or rainy day we had no business and I just watch the pizza hut cars drive past my store all night so we started delivering but I never really put any money into marketing so getting the word out has been basicly word of mouth. so far were doing 30 to 40 deliverys weekly.
