making sausage

I tried making my own sausage today with less than desirable results. would anyone be willing to share there recipe and process with me?

I am by no means an expert but I can offer the following that I learned from the FoodTV network: You need to make sure your meat is well chilled before grinding so that it maintains some texture once ground and doesn’t turn into mush.

What type of problems did you experience with your finished product?
