Managers Check List

I have recently promoted one of my staff to manager.
I have set up a mangers check list for opening and closing to ensure everything is done that is required and to my standards as well as being used as a KPI for a bonus system. There may be some points I have overlooked.
If anyone has a checklist they use and are willing to share it I would be greatly appreciative if you could email it to me at enquiries@realpizzas.com. Feel free to include any other lists you may use.
