Marketing is the art of creating expectations.

When the expectations are appealing the customer will “try”.

When the expectations are met there is an opportunity to convert the customer.

Are the expectations created in your marketing attractive to the customer you WANT?

Are the expectations created met when the customer tries your product?

I might have to pull that out next week at my Franchisee meeting…I know 90% of my chain think it is all about price!!!
