I am at a road block of trying to determine my path to my next menu. I have always wanted something that is “not your average” menu that is not from a template. Anyone doing something different, not including going digital or online etc.? Talking about just the menu design in general. Example: condensing the menu to make more driven to high profit items, simplifying it so you train better and easier to learn, something that pops out of the menu draw…etc

Are you thinking about only putting some of the items you offer on your menu?..If so, I would think this might lead to more calls and more time on the phone because folks are asking what else you have…
