middleby setup

I know its been discussed before on this forum, but does anyone know how to set up MM ovens to cook similar to a deck oven or as near as possible,

Stack mm low to the ground for support, then throw 2 bakers pride or Hustlers on top and then you will be able to make the best pizza .
