Anyone have any tricks of getting a hold of Middleby. On hold for a hour, then left a message. No contact for a day. Closet service person to me is two hours away and wont trouble shoot over the phone. Tells me I need to trouble shoot with Middleby.
Even sales won’t answer. How do they sell ovens?
