Besides hobart what other mixer has proven to be a reliable mixer for a pizza restaurant?

I use a Doyon look at www.doyon.qc.ca
2 years with no troubles

I’ve also seen a fair number of Thunderbird Mixers too.

there are actually a number of brands on the market, different kinds besides the popular planetary mixer,
I have a Fleetwood barrel mixer that I have used since November and am satisfied with it…I think I would have been satisfied with any of them,
by the way, I have a 10 quart Thunderbird planetary mixed, and ditto, satisfied with it,
