I have a little middleby oven. Its a model 314-4. I think this is a 200 series Came out of a schlotzsky’s. I use it in my little store. Anyways the conveyors every once in a while speeds up very fast. It is doing more often now. I have opened the control panel and tightened all the wires. There is not a middleby tech in my area. Ill call them on monday to trouble shoot. Just curious if anyone has dealt with this on their ovens.
Yes, there is a speed control unit on top of the conveyor if that goes bad or not calibrated correctly or the conveyor going bad. It’s usually one of the three.
