Multiple stones

Hey All,
I am buying a ice cream joint that has it’s own kitchen, all is well. On the other side the owner has built a pizza kitchen, a nice prep area, mixer etc. The oven is a bit older and I have never seen the stone configuration inside before. Instead of two large stones side by side. There are three smaller stones on each side totaling six. The top deck seems to be fairly aligned, but the bottom ones are definitely out of whack. A) Do I get the stones aligned? or B) Do I buy 4 large stones and just replace them? I am going to get the make and model when I go in today, forgot that when I left last night. Thanks!

HI Willi

any configuration or combination of stones will work. Larger stones are usually preferred ( less cracks) but heavy to handle.
