Need Fryer Help

Moving into a new location and making the jump from oven baked to fried foods. Our first consideration was AutoFry for the safety features. Now we are having second thoughts. Here are my questions

  1. Anyone using AutoFry? Pros and Cons?

  2. Open Fryer users Pros and Cons? Who has the best Fryer set up

  3. Is the technology there for open fryers? will the basket automatically lift?

  4. Any one made the switch from AutoFry to open fryers? Or the other way?
