Need help recreating Jets square pan pizza

I was wanting to be able to make a pizza that is exactly like the Jets square pan pizza (crunchy fried crust on bottom and soft chewy on top. My family loves them. They are just right for us and we would like to make them from time to time since we eat so many of them, even if we have to purchase commercial ingredients etc.

Any help or direction you can give me towards this end, I’d appreciate.
