need to pick your brains....

quick question…

currently have a store w/ y602 double. business is picking up and looking to crank up delivery. currently we only need to use the top oven for pizza’s and we use the bottom oven for hoagies, wings, wraps, kids nuggets, & kids corn dogs.
Anybody out there using decks for pizza’s and conveyor for hoagies and such??
Any ideas?


We have a small CTX conveyor that we cranked up one summer for sndwiches and such. It worked really well, but the volume we had didn’t justify the added heat in the kitchen. We may yet try it again . . . but not right now. I believe it will alleviate some congestion in our decks as well.3
