does anyone knowhow to attain new housing listings?
Check out www.salesgenie.com. I get my new movers list from them and I believe they also do house sales.
I know in our area we have 3 options:
- Register of deeds will show you how to use the computers there
- Tax office
- County courthouse at the Registar’s office you can go into the deed vault. There you can get the Grantor/Grantee log and go through it and pull the name and address of any and all properties that have transfered within the county.
The services are definately easier but if you have the time, this way is far cheaper.
If you are talking about Apartments I just went and got there map and made an xcel spread sheet with all of the apartment numbers.
