New Oven Installation

I recently purchased two used ovens. Except for the services of a licensed plumber for the gas hook ups, is there anything else that I should be concerned about.

Needless to say, I never installed an oven before.

It might seem a bit obvious but make sure you can get them in place (through aisles, etc) and they are properly vented according to your codes. Even though your plumber might be licensed make sure they have large enough lines to provide adequate supply depending on the type of oven

You may want to have an equipment repair company, or a restaurant supply company to do the actual hookup and start up of the equipment. They have factory trained service guys that know what to look for and can give the ovens a once over for safety and efficiency. Good luck!
