I’ve had my current POS for almost 6 years now and it’s time to get a new one (company and all). I want a POS System that has Online Ordering integrated, as well as being able to use any payment processing that I choose. Does anyone have some good suggestions for a small, but busy Pizza Shoppe?
I would get a hold of William at A Custom POS. They take care of all my POS needs. I use Big Holler for the online ordering. These two work together so when someone places a order online, it prints out in my kitchen. Listed below is my website if you want to check it out.

If you choose to go with an enterprise POS solution, Micros, Aloha, Positouch, etc. Don’t feel that you have to take “their” online ordering component, for example we(http://ez-chow.com) offer integrated online ordering if you use one of the aforementioned point-of-sales. What system do you have?
I currently use PDQ POS by Signature Systems.
We’ve used Prism for over 10 years and I’ve never, ever had any issues with it. Their support is awesome, 99% of all my issues are resolved remotely. The equipment that they provide is outstanding, we still have some of the original components from when we purchased the system in 2005. The back end is very easy to navigate and I do most of the changes and updates myself. We’ve been doing online ordering for a couple of years now and it’s working out very well for us.
