DO ANYTHING POSSIBLE TO INCREASE SPEED. The system seems a tiny bit slower with the new template. I know that’s odd, but perhaps it’s how it loads the graphics or something. Function over form, please. If it’s lean and fast, we’ll all be happier than sitting through 10 second page loads…

The color differentiation between a NEW MESSAGE arrow and the background color (red vs maroon or something) is nearly indistinguishable. Need a more obvious color difference or a different icon.
