I made a 14" pizza with 8 ounces of lightly seasoned Escalon 6n1 crushed tomatoes topped mushroom, ripe olives, chopped garlic and oregano…
it baked well and was tasty, there may be something better though.
appreciate hearing from anyone doing a “no cheese” pizza,
…from the lack of responses, looks like most do not get as many requests for no cheese pizzas…
I get enough that I plan on adding one on my next menu in the fall…
