Number of Dishes and Smallware?

My seating capacity will be 118. Is there a guide to how many plates, silverware, etc I’ll need per person? I’m sure it depends on how many times I’ll need to wash them during the course of the day but I’m looking for some rough figures. Any one have any input?

I seat 230 comfortably,and can seat as many as 280…on a friday night or sunday morning i will feed over 200 in as little as 2 hours.and we have a hard time keeping up with having, 90 platters,75-5"toast plates,120-pie plates,and near 200-9" plates,100 clear salad plates,65 soup bowls,100 soup cups,and flatware to assemble 340 wrapped units…
