Open for 7 weeks needing a kick

I opened my pizza shop in small town named Ford City PA about 7 weeks ago. I am making numbers at 80% of my sales goals after a soft openning, steady lunch crowd and a steady dinner crowd. Any suggestions to kick my shop to next level. I have the team of experianced pizza makers from fox’s, vocelli, etc with many years experince so the team has the talent, any suggestions for the next kick?

We serve Pizza, Gourmet Pizza, 15" Hoagies, Salads, Appetizers, Jumbo Wings, Stromboli.
