Our line of 22 gauge cold rolled steel Sicilian/Grandma/Focaccia pans in action. John Arena and Chris Bianco recently endorsed them. We use my grandfather’s sausage recipe. He was from Italy and worked 60 years as a butcher/Italian meat maker in Newark NJ.
