I have a Middleby Marshall PS200 which runs off natural gas. The top oven was working great until tonight. The oven will heat up to about 300 degrees and then all of the sudden the digital temperature control reads 900 degrees which automatically turns the heat off. I need a help! It will be very difficult to have a good Friday running only the bottom oven.
