how many pizza per hour can a ps 314 put out single oven?

It is necessary to know what size pizzas you intend to bake and how long you intend to bake them in order to calculate production.
I assume that is a Middleby oven?

around 7 min bake time for 16 in.i havent bought it yet i can get for 1000 bucks,just wondering what kind of volume i could get out of it. tx.

My calculations indicate a maxim production capacity of 40 -16 in pizzas at a 7 minute bake.
Unfortunately maximum production capacity is only attained if the pizzas are placed so as to keep the conveyor fully loaded for the full hour. In reality you will be lucky to get 30 or so per hour.
If you intend to operate a pizza shop that is no where near the production capacity to be profitable
We like to see a shop open with at least a double stack of ovens with the capacity of MM Ps360 ovens or better.
