Oven Trouble

I have a Middleby Marshall PS200 which is not firing properly. It oftens takes two or three times of turning the oven off and on to get it to fire. Any ideas what may be wrong?

Once the oven starts it works great and gets up to temperature quickly.

I personally would call an authorized repair tech. What happens if it stops kicking on after several starts? Could you afford to not have your oven working? To me, that would be scary.

i had a js250 same problem the ignition blower was going out (this forces air into the ignition chamber so the flame will have o2) call a tech quickly

Hi Pizza Duo:

You have gotten good advise.
Sounds like you are not getting gas to the igniter until you have tried several times.
Best get a service company in to determine why.
