Pantry Prep / Pizza Maker to work with authentic coal-burning ovens and personal service. Every pizza that’s served is cooked in a proprietary 800-degree, coal-burning oven that provides a unique flavor.
The responsible for all aspects of their assigned station – completes all items on the daily preparation list; keeps the Line Cooks stocked with basic, critical items throughout the shift; and cleans, sanitizes, and maintains equipment, utensils and tools. The current position is for 30-35 hours.
6 months restaurant experience preferred.
