par baked taters?

can you par bake a tater so when you need one you can just heat up quickly in microwave were using large taters for our loaded baked taters and the cook time is really slowin down the make line any suggestions would be great

I sell baked potatoes as well. I cook them all the way before service and keep them warm on top of the oven(bakers pride). Them top them with whatever the customer wants…bacon, cheddar, broccoli, butter, sour cream, scallions etc. What i don’t sell i throw in the walk-in overnight and the next day I scoop them out and use them for Tater Skins. I fry them till crispy and top them with bacon, cheddar and bake in the oven. People love them. sometimes I have to bake extra just for the skins.
