Another tip for audits that was passed along to me by our accountant is – when they are in your store doing an audit, don’t provide them with a comfortable place to work. If they have to stand the whole time they are more likely to hurry and get what they need and get back out because they don’t have the luxury of sitting down. We usually set them up at a prep table in the back with no chair. Works every time. :lol:
