Anybody use a hobart pelican head vegetable slicer for mushrooms onions green peppers ? Currently use a hobart slicer with veg chute to slice everything including saug and can bacon. There must be a better way ! We use the ‘S’ blade to slice fresh mushrooms, Peppers and onions. Works great.
