Im thinking about trying pizza by the slice during lunch. We are right next to subway so we have some good foot traffic. What do you think is the best way to market it?
I am by no means an owner/op.
But, what would draw me in would be a slice/drink special…and around $2.99 to $3.99, that would be in my market.
We have had some by the slice operations in our town before, but they quit selling because the only demand was when the school kids got out for lunch…the adults hit the buffets, not just one slice, generally.
we have been selling pizza by the slice for a long time.it is an awesome seller-we use an 18" pie- cut in 6 slices and offer it for $2,75 plus tax with a free can of soda -Huge success
